Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16 when she stopped her gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was required to take six years away from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. They placed her third at the event. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place at the level of Fitness despite having zero expectations. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she competed against the best athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. It is common to warm up before the actual training. Ariel will also make use of every minute. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
